Die Stelle wird aufgrund einer Pensionsnachfolge ab Herbst 2025 besetzt - eine mehrmonatige Überschneidung mit der Vorgängerin ist geplant.
Als Teil eines großartigen vierköpfigen HR-Teams können Sie in dieser Funktion Ihr Gespür für Zahlen, analytisches Denken sowie eine klare und überzeugende Kommunikation verbinden. Die Aufgaben im Detail:
- Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung der monatlichen Personalverrechnung für rund 300 Mitarbeitende
- Pflege der abrechnungsrelevanten und personenbezogenen Daten
- Erstellung von Dienstverträgen und Vertragsänderungen sowie die Abwicklung von Ein- und Austritten
- Unterstützung bei der Administration der Zeiterfassung und Reisekostenabrechnung
- Aufbereitung von Auswertungen, Statistiken und gesetzlichen Reports
- Durchführung der Jahresabschlussarbeiten und Personalrückstellungen
- Verantwortung für das Meldewesen und die Kommunikation mit Ämtern und Behörden
- Mitwirkung bei Projekten und der Optimierung von HR-Prozessen, insbesondere im Bereich Digitalisierung
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie erfolgreich absolvierte Personalverrechnungsprüfung (Wifi)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der operativen Personalverrechnung
- Fundiertes Wissen im Arbeits-, Steuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
- Versierter Umgang mit MS Office, Erfahrung mit Sage DPW von Vorteil
