In dieser neu geschaffenen Rolle bist du der Lead was Presales und Solution Consulting für eure Produkte rundum Digitale Lösungen für eure Kunden betrifft!
- Du übernimmst die Anforderungserhebung und arbeitest sowohl ein kaufmännisches als auch technisches Angebot (in Zusammenarbeit mit Sales) aus. Damit spielst du eine entscheidende Rolle in der Auftragsgewinnungsphase.
- Gemeinsam mit dem zuständigen Sales-Kollegen pitcht ihr dem Kunden euer Leistungspaket und könnt damit den Auftrag an Land ziehen. Das Projekt geht zur Umsetzung weiter ans interne Software Development.
- Als Lead entwickelst du intern das Team hinsichtlich Qualität, Prozesse und der Zusammenarbeit mit Sales weiter.
- Als Teil des Leadership-Kreises wirst du auch an Besprechungen mit der Führungs- bis zur Vorstandsebene aktiv teilnehmen.
