Du baust Global Business Services/Shared Services strategisch auf – Fokus auf Effizienz, Qualität und Skalierbarkeit
Du verantwortest End-to-End-Projektportfolio, Roadmaps, Ressourcen, Risiken und Reporting
Du bist zentrale Ansprechperson für Stakeholder an mehreren Standorten und verbindest Strategie, Transformation und Betrieb
Du analysierst Prozesse, leitest Konzepte, Policies, Transitions und Optimierungen ab und setzt sie um
Du leitest Workshops, Kick-offs, Updates und moderierst Transformationsphasen

Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Aufbau, Betrieb oder in der Transformation von Shared Service Centern
Wirtschaftlicher Background (z. B. Studium Wirtschaft/Projektmanagement)
Nachweisliche Leitung komplexer internationaler Projekte/Programme in GBS
