Security-Operations-Profi: Als Teil des Teams begleitest du Neu- und Bestandskunden durch Sicherheitsvorfälle und unterstützt sie bei der operativen Umsetzung geeigneter Maßnahmen.
Schnittstellenmanager & Kommunikator: Du koordinierst alle Beteiligten, behältst auch in kritischen Situationen den Überblick und analysierst Logs sowie forensische Daten.
Kundenfokus: Du arbeitest eng mit Support, Vertrieb und Operations zusammen, erkennst Sicherheitslücken bei Kunden und sprichst diese proaktiv an.
Vulnerability & Penetration Testing: Du führst automatisierte Penetration Tests und Schwachstellenanalysen durch, bereitest die Ergebnisse verständlich auf und leitest konkrete Maßnahmen ab.

Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt IT-Security.
Erfahrung: Fundierte Erfahrung im SOC-Umfeld sowie in den Bereichen Security Incident Handling und Reporting.
Technischer Background: Praxis in der Analyse von Netzwerk- und Phishing-Angriffen, Erfahrung mit Firewall-Analysen, Forensik sowie Log-Analysen unter Einsatz gängiger SIEM-Tools.
Kommunikativ & kundenorientiert: Du machst komplexe Themen greifbar, trittst sicher und empathisch auf und setzt dich in Schnittstellenrollen souverän durch.
Analytisch & verantwortungsbewusst: Du bist detailorientiert, triffst Entscheidungen auf Basis von Fakten und bist kein „Schnellschuss“-Typ.
