In dieser verantwortungsvollen Funktion unterstützt du die Abteilungsleitung bei vielfältigen Aufgaben und sorgst dafür, dass finanzielle Abläufe effizient, transparent und regelkonform funktionieren:

Prozessanalyse & -optimierung: Untersuchung bestehender Abläufe im Accounting, Identifikation von Engpässen und Umsetzung von Verbesserungspotenzialen.
Digitalisierung & Automatisierung: Mitwirkung bei Digitalisierungsinitiativen im Finance-Bereich, wie der Implementierung von SAP S/4HANA.
Schnittstellenmanagement: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Accounting-Team sowie mit weiteren Fachbereichen, um abteilungsübergreifende Prozesse zu optimieren.
Mitarbeit im operativen Accounting: Übernahme von Tätigkeiten in der laufenden Buchhaltung sowie im Rahmen von Abschlussarbeiten.

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung, idealerweise wirtschaftliches Studium
Berufserfahrung in der Wirtschaftsprüfung oder einer Inhouse-Funktion im Bereich Finance oder Accounting - jedenfalls Knowhow in der Buchhaltung erforderlich
Praxis im Prozessmanagement oder Finance Transformation
Versierter Umgang mit Excel, idealerweise Anwenderkenntnisse in SAP - jedenfalls aber hohe IT-Affinität
Ausgezeichnetes Deutsch sowie gute Englischkenntnisse und das Selbstbewusstsein, diese anzuwenden

Du bist eine kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit Drive und Hands-on-Mentalität und zeichnest dich durch eine proaktive und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise aus.
