Als Teamleiter:in Lagerlogistik bist du das Herzstück des Lagerbetriebs und führst dein Team durch die täglichen Herausforderungen. Dabei übernimmst du folgende Aufgaben:
- Leitung eines Teams von bis zu 35 Mitarbeiter:innen sowie effiziente Aufgabenverteilung
- Verantwortung der Kommissionierung, Koordination des Wareneingangs und -ausgangs
- Laufende Analyse von Kennzahlen sowie Führung von regelmäßigen (Motivations-)Gesprächen mit deinem Team
- Sicherstellung einer korrekten Warenbewegung durch Bestandsführung und Inventur
- Operative Mitarbeit: du packst selbst mit an und motivierst so dein Team
Du bist die treibende Kraft hinter deinem Team und meisterst Herausforderungen mit Engagement und einem kühlen Kopf. Dabei bringst du folgendes mit:
- Erste Führungserfahrung (z.B. aus Gastronomie, Hotellerie oder als Schichtleiter:in)
- Bereitschaft und Freude an der Arbeit im Lager - kein Bürojob!
- Zeitliche Flexibilität für Schichtarbeit (Früh- und Spätschicht von Mo-Sa)
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse für eine klare Kommunikation, jede weitere Sprache ist ein Plus
