In dieser spannenden Schlüsselposition trägst du bei unserem Auftraggeber die Verantwortung für die Buchhaltung bis zum Jahresabschluss und übernimmst dabei folgende Tätigkeiten:
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung des 2-köpfigen Accounting-Teams
- Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs der laufenden Buchhaltung und Unterstützung des Teams bei Spezialfällen
- Durchführung der Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse für die österreichischen Gesellschaften
- Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen (Controlling, Group Finance) und externen Partnern (Steuerberater, Wirtschaftsprüfer, etc.)
- Strategischer Finance Business Partner der Geschäftsführung: Erstellung von Entscheidungsvorlagen, Prozessoptimierung und Automatisierung im Rechnungswesen
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Lehre, HAK, HLW, Studium an einer Universität oder Fachhochschule)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Bilanzbuchhaltung nach UGB - idealerweise in dynamischen, wachstumsorientierten Unternehmen
- Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englisch-Skills sowie eine hohe Offenheit gegenüber neuen Systemen und Technologien
- Führungserfahrung ist ein Plus, aber keine Voraussetzung, solange du motiviert und empathisch bist sowie ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein mitbringst
