In dieser Rolle übernimmst du eine zentrale Verantwortung im Treasury mit klarem Fokus auf das Aluminium-Hedging – einem der wichtigsten Risikofaktoren im Unternehmen.

Du steuerst und überwachst die Aluminium-Risikopositionen und sicherst diese aktiv gegen Marktpreisschwankungen ab
Du bist zentrale Anlaufstelle für Hedging-Anfragen aus Sales und den internationalen Werken
Du holst Broker-Quotes ein, stimmst dich mit internen Stakeholdern ab und führst nach Freigabe die Hedging-Transaktionen aus
Du verantwortest die buchhalterische Abwicklung der Trades sowie das Risikoreporting
Du entwickelst bestehende Excel-basierte Reports weiter und baust aussagekräftige Risk-Management-Analysen und Strategien auf
Zusätzlich unterstützt du beim operativen FX-Hedging (Execution, Servicefunktion für Werke und Vertrieb)

Du hast 3–5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Bankenumfeld oder in einem Konzern
Du bringst Erfahrung im Commodity-Hedging oder im FX-/Zins-Hedging mit und verstehst Marktmechaniken und Risikologiken
Du möchtest nicht nur „ausführen“, sondern Risiken analysieren und mitgestalten
Deine Erfahrung in einem internationalen Umfeld ist von Vorteil
Du arbeitest sicher mit Excel und hast idealerweise Berührungspunkte mit SAP Treasury
Du sprichst verhandlungssicher Englisch; Deutsch ist kein Muss
